Steve's solo acoustic act boasts a large and varied musical repertoire .  For years, Steve has been primarily associated with performing Canadian content pop and rock songs by contemporary artists such as Barenaked Ladies, Blue Rodeo, Great Big Sea, and the Tragically Hip and classic folks like Neil Young, Andy Kim, and Gordon Lightfoot to name a few.  Memorable tunes by a range of international artists from the 60's right through the 10's are added in to suit the audience.  Steve also adds in his own original material, featured here, when suitable.

Steve also fronts Burlington's own Bare Blue Sea (est. 2009) ,a tribute to great Canadian pop/rock music from "our home and native land".

The Ste'ens is Steve's newest venture (est. 2018,) a dedicated full on East Coast/Irish pub frolic.  The group performs as a duo or trio to suit the venue.

Steve began performing in 1996 in intimate coffee houses as one half of Blink! the Duo.  With Steve as the front man, Blink! expanded to a full four piece band playing at various sized pubs and at special engagements throughout the Quinte, Northumberland and Prince Edward County areas in Eastern Ontario.  Blink! opened for Junkhouse and Spirit of the West at the Belleville Waterfront Festival 1997.
