Steve boasts a varied musical repertoire, with a primary focus on Canadian content pop and folk rock. With a 6 or 12 string acoustic in hand and harmonica thrown in for good measure, Steve performs songs by contemporary artists such as Barenaked Ladies, Blue Rodeo and Great Big Sea and classic folks like Neil Young and Gordon Lightfoot.
Other Canucks that Steve covers acoustically
include Bryan Adams, Colin James, The Lowest of the Low and the Tragically Hip, to name a few.
The variety is rounded out with memorable pop, rock, and folk tunes from 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s to suit the audience.

In addition to his solo work featured here, Steve is also a front man for the Burlington, Ontario based group Bare Blue Sea, a tribute to great Canadian pop/rock music from "our home and native land".

This summer and fall were very active seasons of music. Bare Blue Sea had a great Canada Day show in Bronte, followed by a very well received performance on Labour Day at Canada's Largest Ribfest in Burlington. The guys were invited in September to entertain the runners at the Oakville Half Marathon. Steve has had a busy patio/solo summer with shows in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Waterdown.
