Steve boasts a varied musical repertoire, with a primary focus on Canadian content pop and folk rock. With a 6 or 12 string acoustic in hand and harmonica thrown in for good measure, Steve performs songs by contemporary artists such as Barenaked Ladies, Blue Rodeo and Great Big Sea and classic folks like Neil Young and Gordon Lightfoot.

include Bryan Adams, Colin James, The Lowest of the Low and the Tragically Hip, to name a few.
The variety is rounded out with memorable pop, rock, and folk tunes from 60's right through the 90's to suit the audience.

In addition to his solo work featured here, Steve is also the front man for the Burlington, Ontario based group Bare Blue Sea, a tribute to great Canadian pop/rock music from "our home and native land".

2011 ROUND-UP:
Steve
had a busy year with pub and summer patio show with regular gigs in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and
Waterdown. He was invited twice to perform at a great fundraiser in Mississauga, entertained the seniors fronting The Husband, with a solo show to wrap up the year New Year's Eve.
All these shows, along with upcoming solo shows in Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga, are on the Appearances page.
Last winter saw Steve's full band, Bare Blue Sea, performing on St. Patrick's Day and in the VIP lounge area at a Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni game (with Steve performing the national anthem). Summer and fall were very active seasons as well, with the band having a great Canada Day show in Bronte, followed by a very well received performance on Labour Day at Canada's Largest Ribfest in Burlington. The guys even entertained the runners at the Oakville Half Marathon in the early morning hours.
